初めてのほうとうになります。これはほんとうなんです・・・・・・・・店舗は長野県にあるけど、山梨県の郷土料理、ほうとう。店の作りは古民家風で店内は広い座敷、囲炉裏があります。ほうとうは鉄器の鍋ででてきます。お値段がが1150円からで少々お高いですが、それに比例して量もすごいんです、ムムッ。豚肉ほうとうを注文。大きい具材で豚肉、にんじん、カボチャ、ワラビ、山芋、ネギが入っていました。なかなか手応えのある量です。途中から味に変化をつけて食べようと柚子七味をいれたんだけどこれがまたいいです。試してみてください。ほんとうなんです(´･ω･`)

8月11日に諏訪に用事があり、お昼をこちらで頂きました😊私達は11時の開店に店内に入ったんで空いていましたが30分頃には店内はいっぱいでした(;´∀｀)王道のかぼちゃほうとうを頂きました✨鉄鍋で出してくれたときは、予想してたよりあまり量がないかな？って思ったんですが、大きく切ったかぼちゃやジャガイモ、里芋、山菜等..具が沢山入っていて、ほうとうはモッチモチでほうとうだけでとても満足出来ました😆ほうとう以外にも色々なメニューがあったので、家族で楽しめる感じのお店でした(о´∀`о)また諏訪に行ったときは立ち寄りたいです😌
